CareClinic Health Tracker
Connect CareClinic to supported AI clients
Use the CareClinic account you already have to review schedules, symptoms, mood, medication activity, and descriptive wellness patterns.
What you can do
- Review today’s owned medication and supplement schedule.
- See minimized recent symptom, mood, and medication activity.
- Search items already saved in your CareClinic account.
- Receive basic summaries on Free and added trend detail on Premium.
- Prepare symptom or mood check-ins in clients that support CareClinic’s confirmation card.
Medication writes are disabled. CareClinic does not diagnose conditions, infer causes, recommend treatment, change medication instructions, or provide emergency care.
Connect
- Choose CareClinic in a supported directory, or add
https://mcp.careclinic.io/mcpas a custom remote MCP connector. - Choose Connect, then sign in on the CareClinic page.
- Review the client name and requested permissions.
- Approve only if you started the connection and recognize the client.
Free and Premium access
Free accounts receive basic activity counts and a recorded symptom average. CareClinic Premium adds deterministic trend cards, extended observational summaries, and seven-day chart values. Your connected CareClinic account remains the source of truth for access.
The optional Premium link explains CareClinic plans. Purchasing does not occur inside the AI client.
Confirmed check-ins
When a supported client prepares a symptom or mood check-in, CareClinic first shows an unsaved preview. Nothing is written until you select Confirm and save in the CareClinic card. A valid preview can be saved only once.
Privacy and safety
For the task you request, selected symptoms, mood, medication schedule and events, and derived summaries are shared with the connected AI host. That host may retain results under its own privacy policy. Your CareClinic password and session cookie are never given to the AI host.
This connection is for personal consumer accounts, not HIPAA covered-entity or clinical use. You can deny a connection or revoke it later.
Troubleshooting
- If connection fails, remove the connector and start a new OAuth connection from the same client.
- If a saved result is unclear, check CareClinic activity before trying again.
- If a Premium upgrade is not reflected immediately, make a later request. A new MCP connection is not required.
